General

● Accept and adhere to the specified terms and conditions. 

● Bullion coins and bars are provided as investment products. They are not sorted, graded, or inspected for flaws, and they are delivered in their original manufacturer’s condition. 

● Proof coins (boxed collectors’ coins) are typically supplied with a certificate and display case.

● Please note, customers are required to create separate accounts for Bullion and Collectible products.

● When creating a bullion account, customers are required to enter their Emirates ID details.

● Al Abyad Jewellers reserves the right to cancel or amend any orders and will advise of any changes if they are made.

● Al Abyad Jewellers holds the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised policy shall be posted on this website.

Usage Policy

● You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to transact with the company.

● Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the personal details provided.

● Promptly inform us of any changes to your personal information during both the initial registration process and any subsequent transactions.

● If you make a mistake in your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will cancel or rectify that order.

Know Your Customer - Data Disclosure Policy 

● Al Abyad Jewellers is committed to adhere to the Ministry of Economy’s efforts to comply with Anti Money Laundering & Combating Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) requirements.

Payments 

● Al Abyad Jewellers requires a valid copy of ID/Passport while placing an order. Customers should email (info@alabyadjewellers.com) or WhatsApp (+97165731961).

● To ensure timely processing, all payments must be settled within 48 hours of placing the order, allowing us to receive the payment within 2 working days unless otherwise arranged in advance.

● Proof of payment with the order number (in remarks) is required to be shared with us

● Bullion products are exclusively available within the UAE, and only local bank transfers are accepted for such transactions. Due to anti money laundering protocols, we do not accept cash deposits into our bank account under any circumstances. We will not accept any third-party payments i.e. business accounts.

However, you can get in touch with us for further queries. Orders are dispatched once the funds have been reflected in our bank account and necessary documents are received.

Shipping

● All orders will be shipped within 5-7 working days.

● All shipments typically have a delivery timeframe of upto one week after we have shipped them, though they often arrive earlier.

● All shipments, local and international, will be handled through FedEx.

● The delivery address must match that of your identification.

● Please note that Al Abyad Jewellers will only dispatch items once the full payment has been received. 

● Customers are required to enter the correct details of recipient name with complete address, nearby landmark, postal code and contact number for hassle free delivery 

● Orders will only be delivered to residential and commercial locations. The delivery cannot be done to any public places like malls, hotels, restaurants, on roads, etc. 

● Customers need to make sure they are available during the delivery of the shipment. 

● If the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, the courier will try to make 3 attempts to deliver. In case, recipient is still not reachable, the order will be returned to our office and return shipping charges will be deducted from the orderamount. 

● Orders from Al Abyad Jewellers are safe, secure and hassle free. All orders purchased from us will reach your doorstep in a durable condition. 

International Import Charges & Taxes

● All our orders are shipped through our trusted courier partner, FedEx. Shipping charges depend on the destination, it is added when you checkout. 

● Our prices do not encompass overseas customs duties, foreign taxes, or any additional costs related to clearing goods through local customs. The customer is solely responsible for these fees and is also responsible for assisting local authorities by providing any necessary information for formal customs clearance in the destination country. We highly recommend verifying the specific requirements with your local customs office.

● In the event that the customer refuses to provide the required customs documentation before delivery or declines delivery due to customs duties, taxes, or fees, resulting in the parcel being returned to Al Abyad Jewellers, all expenses associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

● We do not accept returns unless the items are incorrectly supplied or described. Please carefully consider your order before confirming. In the event of incorrectly supplied, damaged, or disputed orders, please notify us of your claim via email with a proper picture of the product within 3 days from the delivery date. 

● If you wish to sell the product, it can be done by visiting our store. Please make sure the product packaging is not damaged and to provide the original purchase invoice.
